Other Membership Benefits
2010 Adult/College Membership and Waiver Instructions 1. Each team member must sign a copy of the waiver prior to participating in a dragon boat practice or race. 2. Each team captain or coach should submit the original waivers and the membership dues ($120 for adult paddlers, $50 for college paddlers) to the CDBA (California Dragon Boat Association (CDBA) 268 Bush Street #888, San Francisco, CA 94104), postmarked no later than April 21st. 3. Before you turn in your waivers to the CDBA, make a copy to keep.
