2010 Adult/College Membership and Waiver Instructions

1. Each team member must sign a copy of the waiver prior to participating in a dragon boat practice or race.

2. Each team captain or coach should submit the original waivers and the membership dues ($120 for adult paddlers, $50 for college paddlers) to the CDBA (California Dragon Boat Association (CDBA) 268 Bush Street #888, San Francisco, CA 94104), postmarked no later than April 21st.

3. Before you turn in your waivers to the CDBA, make a copy to keep. Copies of this waiver can be used for all CDBA races this year, so if you make a copy you won’t have to get your paddlers to re-sign waivers for other races -- you can just submit the copy at that time to submit with your race registration.

2. Each team captain or coach should submit the team manifest and original waivers to the CDBA at the Youth Race on April 21st when they register their team.

3. Before you turn in your waivers to the CDBA, make a copy to keep. Copies of this waiver can be used for all CDBA races this year, so if you make a copy you won’t have to get all of the parents to re-sign waivers for other races – you can just submit the copy at that time to submit with your race registration.
